Stocking: We coordinate with our supplier to handle with care all the deliveries of  the materials to ensure the proper care of the materials as well as the structure of the project.
Framing: We handle standard Tenant Improvement metal stud framing from light gauge to Heavy Gauge metal stud framing.
Preliminary: We install and hang preliminary drywall as necessary to location such as air conditioning shafts and bay, mechanical ducts, fireplaces, behind the tub, recessed lights, Drop Ceiling and soffits with ducts.
Hanging: We guarantee that we have enough manpower to install and hang drywall in a timely manner.
Corner: We make sure all corner beads and edge trim are set level,straight and plumbed prior to taping.
Clean Up: We maintain a clean job site that complies with OSHA regulation and provide a safe, clean working environment not only for our crew but also to everybody working in the premises.
Taping: We make sure we obtain an even finish prior to applying finishing coat. No tape joints,nails or screw locations visible.
Pick Up: We assure you that we have pickup guys to do minor repairs and patch up. We touch-up drywall as required prior to applying final coat.
