Smooth Finish - Three coats of joint compound
applied over all joints and interior angles and sanding
in between. Checking with lights for any imperfections.
All joint compound are smooth and free of tool marks.
Skim Coat - Three coats of joint compound like in the
smooth finish plus two separate coats and sanding in
between. A thin skim coat of joint compound shall be
applied to the entire surface.
